Bill Flanagan - Bill is currently the Director of the Northern Cyclones hockey program and Co Founder of the Flanagan Hockey School and Total Hockey Institute (THI).  Bill is also the head coach of the Cyclone Junior A Hockey team. He was instrumental in developing the Cyclone youth program and is still responsible for the development of its players through his Total Skill Development Program. Prior to forming the Cyclone organization, Bill was the Head Coach at Austin Prep High School in Reading, MA. During his six seasons, Bill put Austin Prep back on the High School hockey map. During his tenure the Cougars won four Catholic Central League championships and participated in the MIAA Super 8 Tournament 4 times, finishing 3rd in 2000. Bill was named Atlantic Junior Hockey League Coach of the Year for 2006 season and Boston Globe & Lowell Sun Div 1 Coach of the year in 2000. Bill left Austin Prep as the schools all-time winning hockey coach. Prior to Austin Prep, Bill was the associate head coach at Lawrence Academy where he won 3 consecutive ISL League Titles. As a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (ECAC Div. 1) in 1990 were he was a 4-year scholarship player. Bill played 3 seasons for Mike Addesa & 1 season for Buddy Powers eclipsing the 100-point plateau during his career. A 3-year teammate of former Boston Bruin & Montreal Canadians Star Joe Juneau, Bill helped guide the Engineers to the ECAC Finals at the Boston Garden in 1990. Before R.P.I., Bill spent the 1985-86 season at Canterbury Prep School under Coach Charlie Huntington. He still holds the single season scoring record at Canterbury with 58 goals and was named Hamilton Tournament MVP. As a senior at Austin Prep High School in 1986, Bill had over 125 points and was the Mass High School scoring champion. That season he was also selected for the US 17 Select Tournament. He has been regarded as one of the "Best developers of Prep School players" and has helped numerous Junior and High School players achieve Division 1 and Division 3 Hockey Scholarships.

Joe Flanagan - In addition to being the Director of the Northern Cyclones Hockey program he is the Co Founder of the Flanagan Hockey School and the Total Hockey Institute (THI) . Joe is responsible for player development in the Cyclone program. He manages and oversees the youth teams along with teaching skills sessions and working with the coaches.  Joe was a 1988 NHL Draft choice of the Los Angeles Kings. In 1992-93 Joe played for the Birmingham Bulls of the East Coast Hockey League were he won Rookie of the Year honors. That season he also made his International Hockey League debut for the Cincinnati Cyclones. The 1993-94 campaign saw Joe begin the season in the New Jersey Devils training camp, from there he went back to Birmingham and scored 126 points in 62 games and received MVP & Sherwood Player of the Year honors in the ECHL and another stint with the Cyclones for the IHL Playoff run. Joe finished his Professional playing days in 1994-95 with the Worcester Ice Cats of the American Hockey League.  A 1992 Graduate from the University of New Hampshire (Hockey East Div. 1) were he was a full scholarship player and an offensive powerhouse playing for the late Bob Cullen and Current UNH Head Coach Dick Umile. Joe graduated 5th on the All-Time UNH goal scoring list with 85 career goals and in the top ten in all time scoring with 175 points.. In 1988 he tied the Hockey East record with 5 goals in one game and he also held the Hockey East record with 5 hat tricks in a career. He was named to the Hockey East All-Academic team his senior year. Prior to U.N.H., Joe spent 2 seasons at Canterbury Prep School were he collected 214 points and is still the All-Time leading scorer. He also captured 2 Hamilton Tournament MVP awards and was the New England Offensive MVP. Prior to Canterbury, Joe was instrumental in leading Austin Prep High School to the 1986 MIAA State Championship. He was also a member of Team Mass during the Junior Olympics Tournament. Throughout his high school years Joe won numerous awards including, Hockey Night in Boston All-Tournament team and Boston Globe All-Scholastic Selection.

Wes Dolloff - As a well-known business entrepreneur for 18 years, Wes brings that expertise to our day to day business operations. He is the former president and founder of Wescorp International Ltd, a computer systems integrator and reseller doing business in 19 countries. Wes will be responsible for all Cyclones Arena operations as well as the financials and player accounts for the Northern Cyclones. He is also the Head Coach of the Bantam Minor team and assists the Flanagan's in running the organizations skill sessions. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of business.
